Hi, I’m Courtney—Mom, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Perinatal Community Health Worker, and Perinatal Mental Health Certified professional.

My own experiences with motherhood and breastfeeding helped shape the way I care for families today. When I began my breastfeeding journey, I didn’t have all the answers. I simply wanted to give my baby the best start possible while creating a special bond between us. Along the way, I learned firsthand that feeding a baby doesn’t always come naturally—and having someone in your corner can make all the difference.

That experience became part of what led me to the work I do today. I understand that welcoming a new baby can be beautiful and exciting, while also being exhausting, emotional, and overwhelming. Sometimes you need answers. Sometimes you need reassurance. And sometimes you simply need an extra set of hands while you find your new rhythm.

At Latch & Thrive, my goal is to meet you where you are with compassionate, evidence-based care that feels personal—not pressured or judgmental. Whether you need help with breastfeeding or pumping, guidance as you adjust to life with your newborn, or hands-on support during the postpartum period, we’ll work together to find an approach that makes sense for you, your baby, and your family.
